Buying a Home

Finding your dream home.  That's what it is all about.

It doesn't matter if your dream home is in Essex County, Union County, Morris County, Millburn, Short Hills, Livinston, Summit, Maplewood, Chatham, Madison, Florham Park, Essex Fells, Caldwell, Roseland, Westfield, Glen Ridge or Morristown.

Right up front I want to mention the First-time Homebuyers Tax Credit.  The credit is for primary home purchases made between January 1 2009  and December 1, 2009.  The credit, 10% of the purchase price of the home,  up to a maximum of $8,000.

I will provide you valuable information on topics important to you and listen carefully to what you are saying and not waste your time.  I will focus on your requirements, preview homes in advance and only show you those that fit your family's needs.

Buying a home and moving can be a stressful and complex adventure. It can also be a very time-consuming and costly one if you're not familiar with all aspects of the process, and don't have all the best information and resources at hand.

One of my specialties is representing buyers in Essex, Morris and Union Counties throughout the home buying process. My services will save you time and money, as well as make the experience more enjoyable and less stressful.

For most people, buying a home is the biggest investment you will ever make. So whether you're buying a starter home, your dream home or an investment property, take advantage of my experience so you can make the most informed decisions every step of the way.

The question home buyers always ask me when they find a home they like is why are they selling.  There is a fear that there is something wrong with the home they just fell in love with.  The National Association of Realtors did a study of the primary reason why homes are sold.  Here it is.

19% - Sell because of a change in family situation

17% - Sell because the home is too small

11% - Sell because of job relocation

That's almost half of it right there.  Other reasons are because the house is too big, retirement, move closer to family etc.  Interesting?  I think so.
